Deputy Dean of TSU Faculty of Law, Assistant-Professor Giorgi Dgebuadze, The Head of the Quality Assurance Service of the Faculty of Law, Associate Professor Dr. Giorgi Makharoblishvili, Head Specialist at the Department of Internationalisation and Academic Research, Ph.D. Candidate of Law Irakli Leonidze and Representative of the Dean’s Office, Mariam Khuroshvili - met with Ornella Spano - Education Attaché of the Embassy of Italy.
During the meeting, topics of valuable cooperation were discussed. Teaching Italian (general course) at the Faculty of Law and planning the intensive Italian language course in the summer of 2024. Starting cooperation with the Italian Universities: in the field of staff/teaching/student mobility and discussion on creating dual degree programs. Seeking possibilities of concluding the memorandum of understanding between TSU and Italian Universities. Also, starting cooperation in the scientific field for researchers from the Faculty of Law (professors and Ph.D. students of the Faculty of Law). The availability of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italy to Georgia, H.E. Enrico Valvo to hold his public lecture at the Faculty of Law this autumn.
